EZ OS is operated by AZZIYAD RESOURCES (002955932-T), Senawang, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia (“we”, “us”). This notice explains what personal data we collect through ezos.my, why, and your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Details you type into our contact and order forms: your name, email, phone number, location, company, project type, budget and project description.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you visit (such as IP address and browser type), used to keep the site running and secure.
• Anonymous usage statistics from Google Analytics (pages viewed, clicks, device and approximate location), collected with cookies, to understand how visitors use the site. You can block these cookies in your browser.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, scope your project and send you a quote.
• To deliver, support and invoice the work you order from us.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the site and reply to you: website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), website statistics (Google Analytics) and our own notification tools. They process data on our behalf and may store it outside Malaysia.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are discussing or delivering your project, and project and billing records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner where the law allows.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@ezos.my. We will reply within 21 days.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
